Not exactly what I expected

The staff delivered excellent customer service, efficiently managing check-ins and accommodating our luggage storage requests.

The room cleanliness was not up to the expected Holiday Inn standard, and some facilities seemed outdated.

The room was spacious and clean, and I loved having a coffee maker right there for my morning boost. Enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool and unwinding at the sun terrace after a long day of exploring. A little more attention to detail with the room cleaning would have been nice, but overall it was a great stay! 😊

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made us feel at home! The beds are huuuuge and super comfy—perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring the city. The location is a dream, just a short walk to vibrant areas for shopping and dining!

The stay included a very large room with comfortable bedding, which was a pleasant surprise. It was conveniently located near tourist spots like Rogers Arena and Gastown. However, check-in was cumbersome with unclear directions to the room, and the parking fee was an unexpected extra cost. The food was a highlight, especially the fresh, made-from-scratch pizza.

Having a great experience at this centrally located hotel was a highlight, especially with friendly staff and quick check-in. The room was comfortable, although slightly dated and noisy from neighbors. I'd consider it again despite the dining area's slow service and some trouble with the heater.

I had a great time exploring the nearby parks and enjoyed an easy stroll to attractions like Gastown and Canada Place, which were both less than a 30-minute walk away, making it perfect for my weekend city adventures. The staff were helpful with providing info about activities, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The Holiday Inn & Suites Vancouver Downtown, An Ihg Hotel, features lovely updated decor and is conveniently located near attractions. The friendly staff made navigating the facility easy, especially for us seniors. I felt welcomed and well taken care of during my stay.

More accessible seating in common areas would be helpful.

the holiday inn was a great choice! the location is fantastic, right near a bustling cafe and restaurant zone. we really enjoyed the fully equipped fitness center, it was open 24 hours! the staff was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed.
